Authorities in the System are Makers of Bad Barrels (evil environment) that produce Bad Apples (evil individuals): The SAME
situation produces Evils and Heroes:

“A noble man compares and estimates himself by an
idea which is higher than himself; and a mean man, by one lower than himself. The one produces aspiration; the other ambition,
which is the way in which a vulgar man aspires.” -
Marcus Aurelius(121-180)

you shoot for the stars and hit the moon, it's OK. But you've got to shoot for something. A lot of people don't even shoot.” - Confucius(551 BC – 479 BC)

the inferior man understands what will sell.” - Confucius(551

This site is currently under construction and will be
frequently updated. Legal Disclaimer: This site DOES NOT provide
or intend to provide legal advice. It provides information on legal issues, copies of filed pleadings (motions,
declarations in support of motions, memorandums of points and authorities in support of motions, Petitions for Writ,
Appellant's Opening Briefs, etc.) in real cases in which litigants were self-represented, legal research, links to cases
and documents that will be helpful to self-represented litigants, research and articles on issues related to California court
system, legal system, and power in general. Anyone can download PDF files as free samples of filed pleadings and
use them to learn how to fill out forms and prepare and write certain pleadings.
In 2009,
we plan to start providing mediation services in the area of family law, including legal education, property valuations,
conflict resolution, help with preparation of motions and other pleadings. The hourly fee for services will
be very reasonable (if any), will depend on your income, and will be posted on this site in the near future.
For unemployed and indigent victims of domestic violence our
services will be provided free of charge.
If
you use any of the PDF files as samples and find them helpful in your case, we would appreciate any donation that you can
make to help us maintain this web site and provide free services to victims of domestic violence. You can send your donations to Self-Represented Fool, P.O. Box 1187, Tiburon, CA 94920.
The mission of the non-profit volunteer organization Self-Represented Fool is to: a) inform and educate the
public of injustices and abuses that self-represented litigants face in the California courts, b) assist self-represented
litigants in their understanding of how legal system in California actually works, c) assist Legislature in changing
the ways self-represented litigants are mistreated by judges and court personnel, and d) assist judges and court
personnel in understanding the roots of their inherent bias and overcoming this bias against self-represented litigants,
which, hopefully, will result in a more fair and just treatment of self-represented litigants in the California courts.
Our mission ALSO includes establishing the RIGHT TO
LEGAL COUNSEL IN CIVIL CASES ("CIVIL GIDEON") for people who cannot afford to pay over $200 per hour for an attorney
in civil litigation, in which litigants' FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS TO BASIC HUMAN NEEDS are at stake. Presently, we are in the process
of establishing "Civil Gideon" for indigent litigants with stress-related COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENTS under the Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II. For more details on this project, see the page called "Civil Gideon" For Cognitively
Disabled at:
At this time, Self-Represented Fool DOES NOT have
staff attorneys to provide legal advice or represent indigent litigants. At this time, Self-Represented
Fool DOES NOT have administrative staff and DOES NOT have a referral service or a list of attorneys doing pro bono work for indigent litigants.
We will publish the verifiable
stories of abuse, letters from self-represented litigants, and complaints against judges and attorneys that were
submitted to the California Commission on Judicial Performance, the California Bar Association, and similar organizations.
It is our conclusion based on sound scientific research and a real life experience that
a true democracy cannot exist in countries without state-financed education, including college education, health
services, reasonable housing, and legal services available to all regardless of income.
